What is Print on Demand (POD)?

Print on Demand (POD) is a business model where products are printed only after a customer places an order. This means there’s no need for bulk inventory, reducing waste and upfront costs. 

How does your Print on Demand service work?

It's simple! Browse our designs or upload your custom artwork, place an order, and we’ll print and ship it directly to your doorstep.


What is No Minimum Order Quantity (No MOQ)?

Unlike traditional printing businesses that require bulk orders, we have No MOQ, meaning you can order as little as one piece without any extra cost.

Can I customize my t-shirt design?

Absolutely! You can either choose from our pre-designed collections or upload your own artwork, logo, or text to create a unique design.


Do you provide bulk order discounts?

Yes! While we have a No MOQ policy, we do offer discounts on bulk orders. Contact us for special pricing.

 

Can I print my own brand logo inside the t-shirt?

Yes, we provide branding options such as custom neck labels, inside tags, and personalized packaging for bulk orders.

What fabric do you use for printing?

We use premium 100% cotton and high-quality polyester blends to ensure long-lasting comfort and durability.

What printing techniques do you use? 

We use DTF (Direct-to-Film) and Screen Printing, depending on the order size and design complexity.

Will the print fade after washing?

 No! Our high-quality inks and advanced printing technology ensure that designs remain vibrant even after multiple washes.

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, and shipping takes 3-7 days, depending on your location.  

 

Do you offer international shipping?  

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping charges will vary based on your country.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

 

What is your return policy ? 

Since our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.   

 

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?  

If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets

Can I pay via Cash on Delivery (COD)?

  Currently, we do not offer COD, as each product is custom-printed after payment confirmation.
